Mythili Sarathy, Engineer by UG and Alumnus of India’s prestigious management school IIM Bangalore by PG, started her professional journey as business development manager in multinational IT firm before moved on to pursuing a career in HR with Reliance industries Limited. Having moved to the Office of the Chairman in March 2020, Mythili has several years’ experience as Head of Talent Management for Reliance Industries Limited, Jamnagar – World’s largest Refinery in single location. She is the recipient of people matters R U in the list award – Top 14 young HR leaders in the country , 2018. Jombay 40 under 40 – Top 40 HR leaders under the age of 40, 2019. A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).She is a trained classical dancer, Carnatic singer and Veena player.
